The Second Sub National Climate Outlook Forum(SNCOF) for Eastern Uganda on at Mbale Resort Hotel. The objective was production of a downscaled specific forecast for the region as well as co-production of Advisories for different sectors with the Farmers, District relevant offices, NGOs. The activity was funded by UNDP and Green Climate Fund (GCF). The Districts involved included Mbale, Bukedea, Ngora, Kumi, Buddaka, Butalejja, Kibuku, Butebo, Kaliro, Palisa, Tororo, Butebo and Namutumba.
